CNOOC site - Kenli 6-1 jacket structure project

Kenli 6-1 oilfield is located in the northern area of Laizhou Bay of Bohai Sea, which belongs to Bohai Oilfield, the largest offshore oilfield in China, and is the first large oil field of 100 million tons. our company participated in the production of the entire jacket structure, the project was unanimously affirmed by CNOOC review experts after the completion of construction。

CNOOC field-shore power module project

The project started construction at the end of August 2020, and after 7 months, the construction of 2 shore power modules has been completed successively, with about 4000 tons in each module, which are composed of 12 deck pieces. The successful construction of this module is also a new breakthrough in the construction of our onshore power engineering project.

CNOOC Site - Canada LNG module project

The project will start in December 2021, and the A2EG mold will be manufactured and installed by our company alone.During this period, our company has always maintained the service attitude of creating quality products, completed the module project on time with quality and quantity, and was rated as the "best clean module" team by Canadian shipowners!

CNOOC site - Lingshui 17-2 project

The project started at the end of 2019, the weight of the project ship is about 33,000 tons, the deck area is equivalent to the size of two football fields; 91.5 meters long, 91.5 meters wide and 59 meters high, it is composed of a "hui" shaped bottom float tank and four columns, with a maximum displacement of 110,000 tons, equivalent to three medium-sized aircraft carriers. The total length of the welding seam of the hull project is 600,000 meters, and the welding requirements are strict and the engineering amount is large. The completion of the project also demonstrates our excellent construction ability。

CNOOC site - Penguin FPSO project

The project consists of two parts, the hull and the upper module, with an overall height of 118 meters, equivalent to the height of a 42-story residential building, with a total weight of about 32,000 tons and a total operational weight of 88,000 tons. The construction of this project took more than 4 years, which provided data support for the subsequent construction of Liuhua project. The successful construction of Penguin FPSO project reflects the construction capability of our offshore engineering projects and has been highly recognized by CNOOC。

Haixi Heavy machine site - MOPU project of Petronas

The MOPU platform is a jack-up mobile offshore production platform with a total length of 94.5 meters, a width of 50.5 meters, atotal length of 76 meters of pile legs and a total weight of about 10,000 tons. The project period is short, the task is heavy, the project team withsood the hot summer, steady, quality and quantity according to the node to completethe delivery of the project, by Wuhan ship machinery and Qingdao highly praised!

From 2017 to 2019, our company has successively undertaken the construction of multiple types of bulk carriers for Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industries, including BC388-01, BC760-07, B82k-11, B85K-01 etc. In total, we have participated in the construction of 18 vessels and undertaken various projects such as steel structural work, outfitting, and electrical installation. This achievement highlights our company's ability to construct various types of bulk carriers and outstanding accomplishments in bulk carrier construction.

In September 2022, our company undertook the construction project for 16000 TEU. This vessel has an approximate total length of 366 meters and beam width of 51 meters. It can carry over 16,200 standard containers and is characterized as a green environmental-friendly and highly efficient energy-saving large-scale container ship equipped with a13000 cubic meter B-type LNG fuel tank that holds independent intellectual property rights.

"North Sea Development" oil tanker: The North Sea Development transport ship, which was contracted for conversion in October 2021, is a high-end marine equipment that integrates functions such as crude oil production, storage, and export. It can process approximately 5,600 tons of crude oil per day, with a maximum storage capacity of 60,000 tons and the ability to transport 450,000 barrels of crude oil in a single trip.

Recently, our company undertook the construction of an ultra-low temperature refrigerated transport ship. This vessel has a total length of 114.95 meters, a beam width of 17 meters, and a molded depth of 10.5 meters. It is designed to have a cruising speed of 13.8 knots and a range exceeding 10,000 nautical miles. It utilizes new environmentally friendly refrigerants that provide fast cooling speeds and high efficiency while reducing energy consumption by 20%. Additionally, this vessel incorporates optimized hull design through CFD analysis and tank testing to achieve excellent performance in terms of speed control maneuverability and fuel consumption indicators while meeting higher requirements for energy efficiency set by conventions. It combines material supply services with fishery cargo contracting and ultra-low temperature transportation capabilities.

Our company established a shipbuilding base in Dalian in 2019, equipped with advanced facilities and a dedicated dock for the construction of small to medium-sized vessels. We have been actively engaged in the design and manufacturing of various types of tugs, including the ASD Tug 3010ICE and ASD 3236kW. Recently, based on the accumulated experience and existing production capacity, the shipyard is implementing a project to build an ARC4-class "Tiger-1" TUG with a capacity of 5,400 HP.
